I’ve wanted to book a personal session for a while now and finally decided it was time! In my search for a photographer I knew I wanted to find someone who had the eye to create something unique while also bringing out my raw femininity, and Shannon did exactly that. Our first consultation was so informative, she asked all the right questions to make sure she fully understood what my vision was for this shoot which left me feeling so confident going into our session. I am not someone who is great with wardrobe or styling, so to find out that she has such an amazing client closet was a huge relief. During the shoot Shannon guided me with posing, I felt so confident and comfortable the entire time. Reviewing all the images afterwards, I was BLOWN AWAY. Just like her photos, working with Shannon was dreamy. I found her on Instagram and immediately fell in love with her effortless style and art. Her pictures are unlike other women's portrait photographers, and I can't really explain the way I'm drawn to her images, but I am, and I had to book a glamorous photoshoot with her. The studio is so cute and her client closet is to die for! Shannon's personal touch with her clients is extraordinary. I flew in from out of state, and it was the loveliest thing to walk on the airplane with nothing packed. She had everything taken care of from hair & makeup, styling, wardrobe; I had nothing to worry or stress about. Then she showed me the images... They were everything I dreamed they would be and more. I loved working with Shannon!. She put me at ease from our first message, she had great ideas for my personal branding shots, and had clear direction so I knew exactly what to do. Shannon cared by setting up calls prior to meeting, getting to know my personality, and made the whole process so easy. Every detail from sending tips, what to have prepared, what to wear, location, makeup artist information. The cherry on the top was how fun her and Noelle (makeup artist) were during the get ready process and made the whole moment such a pleasure. Shooting with Shannon and working with her makeup artist Noelle were like hanging out with friends. From the moment I was greeted at the studio to the moment I left, I felt so at home. I did a mother son photoshoot with my 8 month old boy and Shannon was so wonderful with him the whole time. She made sure that even if he was getting a little fussy that it didn’t take away from the beautiful photos. Shannon made me feel so confident during our shoot. She spent the time to explain the process, ask my comfort levels, and communicated every detail of the process. She is so much fun to work with! I absolutely loved working with Shannon for my maternity photoshoot. At 9 months pregnant with my first baby, I will admit I was feeling a little uncertain of what my comfort level would be walking into the shoot. Shannon and her hair stylist / makeup artist, Noelle, were nothing short of incredible to work with. They made the experience so fun and stress free, the photoshoot flew by and I felt like I had made 2 new friends by the end of it. 10/10 recommend to all expecting mamas. I already can't wait to come back for mommy and me photos once baby boy makes his big debut!

If you haven’t invested in professional portraits yet I highly recommend my entire experience with Shannon and her team- it was top notch. Her expertise is unmatched. Shannon is so kind and easy to work with. I felt very comfortable the entire time. She has the most creative and artistic eye in her photography. I walked in not feeling very confident in myself, and left feeling so amazing. I ended up with amazing pictures and I couldn’t decide which to keep. So I got them all! I am an awkward poser and she guided me every step of the way and made me look incredible. As I neared the end of my fourth (and probably last) pregnancy, I decided I wanted to have some photos taken to commemorate this chapter of my life and this version of my body which has brought my favorite people into the world. Shannon was recommended by a friend and after checking out her website and instagram I was sure I wanted to be photographed by her! Despite the fact that I was a late addition, Shannon moved some things around and was able to find time to fit me in. We chatted over the phone to discuss what I was looking for and to review her process. She immediately made me feel comfortable with and excited about working together. On the day of our shoot, Shannon and Adrienne (the makeup artist and hair stylist) got to work. I relaxed, sipped my coffee and zoned out to an excellent playlist. When it was time to shoot, Shannon provided feedback on the outfits I’d brought, lent me a brand new dress, and helped me to pose and BREATHE for the next 2 hours. I left feeling and looking like the best version of myself. I am so incredibly thrilled with the photos she took and the entire experience has been wonderful.
I booked a maternity photoshoot with Shannon to document this special time in my life. I’ve had the craziest year, dealing with infertility and surgeries, unexpectedly losing my dad followed by my grandma in the spring, and then a couple of weeks later I found out was pregnant! Because of this, my pregnancy has been an extra special gift, and I wanted to document it in an extra beautiful way.
The whole experience with Shannon was incredible, from getting coordinated, to hair and makeup with Lili, to her sweet assistant Laura. It was such a warm atmosphere and I felt so welcome. Where do I start? I came across Shannon's page on IG and after reviewing the beautiful images she has captured I knew I had to reach out to her. I was 7 months pregnant and she had managed to accommodate me and fit me into her busy schedule which I was so grateful for. She went over the process in detail during our phone call and email. As someone who spent many years struggling with body image, walking into my photo shoot felt a bit overwhelming. However, Shannon’s soothing presence soon eased those nerves. I felt supported through this whole process, and left feeling beautiful. A majority of my anxiousness going into this was surrounding hair and makeup. I've had poor experiences in the past getting my makeup professionally done. For myself, I prefer the natural look. I was afraid I might possibly be made into a person I didn't even recognize. Thankfully, that was not the case. I felt I was listened to, and respected in terms of how I wanted to look and feel. If anything, she helped me feel more myself. After a tough couple of years, I decided to gift myself a photo shoot.

I loved her photos, the way she captured her subjects, her eye for
beautiful and empowering shots. Once I started working with Shannon,
it was so much more than I anticipated from start to finish. Shannon
was thorough in the details, wanting to make sure she knew what I was
looking for. On the day of the shoot, I was extremely nervous because
I had never done anything like this before. During hair and makeup, we

WHERE DO I EVEN START WITH HOW AMAZING SHANNON IS?! As a very busy mom, wife and working woman - I tend to get lost in the day-to-day and forget about myself - as most women do! I just had my first (and definitely not my last) photoshoot with Shannon this past week. I have always been amazed at how gorgeous, stunning and classy all of her photos are and wanted to give my husband something special for his upcoming 40th birthday.
